Having all your relevant documents when travelling is your responsibility. This includes being in possession of a valid passport, appropriate visas (where required), travel insurances and other health documents like your EHIC card. Any request to cancel a booking must be recorded in writing by the lead traveller. It’s also key to note that you’ll be subject to the cancellation fees stated in the terms and conditions of your airline(s) or tour operator(s). Also, please do contact me if you’re in need of a cancellation invoice for insurance purposes.

Upon booking you’ll need to pay a deposit. If you opt not to pay the entire balance immediately, you will have to pay it by the due date that is provided on your booking confirmation. This payment can be made at any time by going to ‘My Booking’ or if you contact me directly. If you fail to make the full payment by the stated due date, your airline or tour operator could cancel your booking, and in accordance with their terms and conditions, you’ll be subject to any cancellation fees.

API is an abbreviation for Advanced Passenger Information. It’s usually required by your airline in advance of your travels. You should have received your API at the time you booked your travels, but should this not be the case, it can be completed on your airline’s website. The majority of tickets issued nowadays are electronically assigned and are referred to as ‘e-tickets’. If this is a service provided by your airline, your tickets will be sent via email in a period no later than 14 days prior to your departure.
