Angela was recommended to me by a family friend as I was seeking a last-minute solo traveller holiday getaway. Oh my gosh! Did this woman treat me as though she was my own personal travel advisor – she was amazing!! I gave Angela the details of the type of holiday I wanted and the rest is history!
Angela was very professional, patient, communicative, understanding and thoughtful of my requirements. I must say that she was very considerate of my circumstances (solo female traveller), and was able to recommend hotels that would be suitable for me and within my price bracket. The service I received was not a ‘High Street’ holiday booking service – book your holiday, take your payment and away you go and then you never hear from them again. Angela contacted me a week after returning to see if I’d had a great holiday – now, that is 5* service.
Angela advised me that if I had any concerns whilst abroad that I should contact her directly and that she would always be there to assist. Thankfully I didn’t need to contact her, but she contacted me whilst away to ensure that all was OK – I really appreciated that, meant a lot to me. I would absolutely recommend contacting Angela if you are looking to book a holiday or short break, I know that she will certainly deliver to your expectations.
