One of the necessary evils of an Office Management/EA role is booking travel arrangements. It eats up a lot of your time, there is often a lot of back a forth to get the most convenient times at the best price and some mundane admin work to make sure everyone has their tickets and all the details needed. Angela swooped in and was a dream to work with. She acted quickly, communicated what she needed clearly, got us the best prices, understood the day to day struggles of an EA, was available when some last-minute adjustments were needed and even followed up with a call to make sure all the travel arrangements were running smoothly.
